Oh how our Father loves us so! He loves us enough to extend such a gracious invitation to us to have a personal relationship with Him. Indeed, He gave His only Son to die for the sins of the world, that whosever shall believe on Him would not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16). That's love!
The Lord says in His word in Romans 10:9-10, That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Salvation is that simple. It is as easy as:
A
B
C

Admit to God that you are a sinner.
Believe that Jesus is the Son of God.
Confess this belief with your mouth.
Pray this prayer:
Dear Lord, I am sorry for my sins. I ask you to forgive me and cleanse me from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9.) I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son; that He died, but You raised Him from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:4). I now receive Him in my heart. Lord, thank you for saving me! Now, grant unto me the strength to walk in this newness of life. In Jesus name I pray,

Perhaps you once walked with God, but turned from following Him. And now, you long to have that fellowship with Him again. God said in Jeremiah 3:14 that He is married to the back slider.
Pray this prayer:
Dear Lord, I am sorry for walking away from you. I am sorry for turning from the good work You began in me. Lord, I desire to be one with you again. Forgive me O Lord. Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me (Ps. 51:10). Wash me and I shall be washed. Cleanse me and I shall be clean. Lord, I receive your forgiveness. Thank you for restoring me (1 John 1:9); in Jesus' name,
