FEES

DSB MINISTRIES  is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt, evangelistic nonprofit organization. To keep this ministry continuing for you and for others, we call your attention to this financial matter.

​

We are not financially supported by any church or other organization. Your donations and contributions help us to offer affordable care to all. While we are willing to work with all individuals regarding payment plans, we must do so considering the financial stability of the organization. We view our services as a calling and ministry; thus, we endeavor to turn no one way. If payment arrangements are needed, please contact our office.

The normal cost for individual private counseling/personal development at this level is more than our fees. Our current fee for Christian counseling services is determined by a sliding fee scale.

A one time fee of $75 is charged for the APS Assessment used during counseling/coaching sessions. Additional fees may apply. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance company to see if pastoral counseling services are covered.

​

A written agreement is included with our services that detail the specifics of the counseling/coaching relationship, including what should be expected from Dr. Banks, the client's responsibilities; privacy agreement; fee payments/schedule; and other related information.

We accept cash, cashier's check, money orders, credit card payments via Paypal, and also cashapp at: $dsbministriesbanks . Paypal and cashapp are convenient, easy to use, secure way of handling financial transactions.
